Mike’s Comics and Games will be hosting the Streets of Strixhaven Prerelease on April 17th and 18th. This will be your first chance to play with the new cards in fun sealed tournament.
Streets of Strixhaven is Magic’s return the famed School of Magic on the plane of Strixhaven. Choose your college and discover new magical secrets and some old ones from the Magical Archive. The Magical Archive is a special select set of reprints that will appear in some boosters that represents the magic that is studied by all mages from across the Multiverse.
The Prerelease is a casual tournament where you receive a Prerelease pack that contains:
- 5 Play boosters
- A Prerelease promo card
- A Return to Strixhaven spin-down life counter
- A college-themed booster that contains cards from the college’s two colors.
You chose one of the colleges of Strixhaven and build a 40-card card using the boosters you receive. You can include the promo as well. The tournament will be played for several rounds, and the top winners will receive prizes.
